Designing a single conversation that works in every context is challenging; now imagine designing multiple conversations under one umbrella. In this project, I take a simple starting point and transform it (with a little fairy-godmother magic) into something far more useful.

This Digital Assistant helps customers quickly identify and understand QuickBooks fees by turning confusing charges into clear explanations and actionable next steps, reducing unnecessary agent calls.

In short: fewer “What is this charge?” moments and more “Oh, that makes sense.”
